Lifestyle Photography, Enfield

Lifestyle Photographer, Enfield

I couldn’t have asked for a better day to photography a handsome, young dude who had just turned 1 few days ago. Sun, blue skies and a lovely family. It was great to photography little Jack on this lovely day who was really curious to see my camera. We started off at home and then moved to Broomfield Park. This park brings a feeling of nostalgia. We used to live walking distance from the park and have some lovely memories attached. I just love going there again and again. Its also a great place for a lifestyle shoot with family or an engagement session with a couple.

CHRISTENING AT TEMPLE CHURCH, LONDON

Temple Church, London Christening Photography

After months and months of harsh winter, we finally got a beautiful, sunny, spring day. Its been one of the worst winters I’ve seen. Where does it snow in April? Finally the sun was out, weather was becoming warmer and I could see a lot of daffodils everywhere. And I was out to photograph Christening of a little boy Campbell. I had never been to Temple Church before. I was really excited and looking forward to photographing my first event in this beautiful place of worship. The Temple church was built in 12th Century by the Knights Templar. It served as their head quarters in England. It is quiet well know for being a round church. It was quiet heavily damaged during the World War II.  Quiet historic. After watching Da Vinci Code, I did a lot of research on Knights Templar and Crusades. Its quiet interesting and this part of history fascinates me.

I love to photograph events like Christenings and Weddings. It is great to meet so many lovely people. It was great to meet Nina and Magnus’s family. Everyone made me feel so welcome. The service in the the church was really amazing. It was great to be part of such an amazing day.

Brighton Engagement Shoot

I met Carys and Davin at Portia and Yann’s St. Paul’s Cathedral wedding last year. We were on the same table during the wedding breakfast. Little that I knew that I’ll be photographing their wedding a year after.  Carys and Davin are having their wedding in Brighton this year, and when they asked me if I would be keen on doing a pre wedding shoot at Brighton, I was all up for it. I went to Brighton at least 6 or 7 years ago and absolutely loved it. Brighton is really beautiful. I really love some small boutique shops around and some lovely cafes and restaurants. We had a great day in Brighton and I’m so looking forward to their wedding in few months.

Wedding Photography Northbrook Park, Surrey

Northbrook Park Wedding Photography

This was the last wedding I photographed in 2012. I assisted Jay for this wedding, a fantastic photographer, great friend and a mentor. It was beautiful weather but bitterly cold. But, what would you expect at the end of December. The wedding was in the beautiful Northbrook Park in Surrey. Its a Grade II listed, privately owned 18th Century estate set in 150 acres. Both Laura and Matt looked great on the day. Despite of being such a cold day, they both braved the weather to get some great photographs. One great thing I loved about Northbrook Park was the peacocks. Its one of my favourite bird and they were all over the place. They were in the balcony of the cottages and every where I walked in the estate. Another place I saw peacocks moving were in Maunsel House in Somerset. Another stunning venue.

Here are some of the pictures from the day.

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY SOUTHWARK CATHEDRAL

Southwark Cathedral Wedding

I love going to Borough Market. The food there is just too good. But its not just the food I go for. Everytime I go there I make sure I go to the Southwark Cathedral. It is so beautiful. It was a great opportunity to do wedding photography in Southwark Cathedral. It was a beautiful wedding. A bit of grey skies followed by a bit of rain. Filiz and Stephen are head teacher and assistant head teacher of a school and they invited all the kids from the school to attend the wedding ceremony. The kids were all so excited and the Cathedral was jam packed. After the ceremony was over both the couple spent quiet a lot of time surrounded by all the kids who were busy taking the photographs of their newly married teachers and congratulating them. It was a beautiful ceremony followed by the reception in The Platform Restaurant and Bar. It was really eventful wedding. I got to photograph the couple near one of my favorite building in town and a new addition to London skyline, The Shard and I broke my new camera. It came of my shoulder strap and fell on the ground. I was gutted. Luckily I was covered by insurance so it didn’t pinch that much.

Here are some of the pictures I love from the day.
